With Paul Islip, the story behind every product was rich with passion. Paul creates stunning furniture inspired by the landscape of North Wales. The unique setting influences every product individually. We set out to capture the woodland, coast and mountains and it has been amazing to show Paul’s perspective of his surroundings and tell his story.

After working in large scale businesses, designing and manufacturing upholstery and cabinet product ranges for the main UK furniture retailers, I wanted to revisit my underlying ambition and return to artisan design using traditional crafts techniques. Daydream Designs has helped me realise this vision and so wonderfully captured my passion in their photography and videography.
